I've been going through Liberty Tax for 5 years now. And I've never once had any issues with them whatsoever! They make the process of filing your taxes so easy! Ms. Kim and Ms. Amy are the main two who I've worked with since day one. They are both so welcoming and their customer service is beyond what any other company, business or most people ever do! They always go above and beyond for their clients. Also because of them being a local company/ franchise you get your taxes back faster than you would filing anywhere else! They're filing fees are also alot lower than you'll find anywhere else! Liberty Tax actually cares about their clients, not just about what they're making off you. I highly recommend them and definitely will always be Top One in my book!! I'll never go anywhere else. If I could give them 10 stars, I would! They absolutely deserve it! So if you haven't filed your taxes this year yet, please rethink your options and just give them a try. I promise you, you won't regret it!

This was my second year going to the Johnstown liberty tax office. The atmosphere is nice and relaxed. The preparers are very knowledgeable and professional. All my concerns were answered promptly and explained. I highly recommend trying them out to see for yourself. They gave by far the best  experience I have ever had.

It was a great experience, nice to sit across from the tax preparer and ask questions. I am very pleased with the Liberty office in Johnstown!
