Jennifer is the office manager who assisted me in preparing my return she is a sweetheart, so nice, kind and knowledgeable.
I highly recommend going to THIS location with JENNIFER cuz the San Mateo location told me they would charge me $99.00 for a SS Disability /State return stating they had a company meeting and were told they were to charge $99.00 to start..Where as Jennifer said they charge $40.00 for SS Disability returns with state cuz there are few forms to fill out and zero income. My G.F went to the San Mateo location and got her Ssd done for that $40
and recommended I go down. But that was NOT the case for me cuz they wanted $99 so I left..This tells me these other people @ Libery locations only care about how much $$ they can make (such greed)
I got lucky deciding to try one more location based on reviews and I'm glad I did.. THANK YOU JENNIFER!
I don't know about other people in the world but I need to save where I can CUZ I'm NOT CRAPPING MONEY!!
