Last Friday the fifth, I went and had my taxes done at the Lee Summit location. A few days before, I saw a special they had online, but I also went online to see what people had to say about this, tax preparer place. No appointment needed, the sign said in their window!
I went through their door, and was promptly greeted by Mrs.Netty (manager). She was very friendly and asked me how they could help me today! I proceeded to let her know, I was here to get my taxes done! She had me sign in, and let me know, to give them a few mins please, and someone would be right with me! She sent me to the tax preparer Mrs. Sharon. Mrs. Sharon was very kind, very thorough and if anyone was calling for her, she would tell me, “please excuse me,” I need to take this call! It was other people, who had their taxes done or needed to finish their taxes! She was very polite and professional and she would let the people know, who they were speaking with, and let them know, that she would call them back, once she was finished with me!

It was a very quick process, and Mrs.Netty, Mrs. Sharon, and Mr. Joshua make a great team! Mr. Joshua (GM) is Mr. Fix it! If any issue arose, he was there to fix the problem! Mrs.Netty and Mrs.Sharon doubled checked each other, to make sure no mistakes were made. If you are looking for somewhere to get your taxes done, I would tell you all to give Liberty a try! I was very impressed by the service, I received from them! Great Customer service is not dead! Thank you! Sorry, for the delay, in writing this, I have been extremely busy! Liberty has my business in the future!
