We had “trust issues” with our prior tax filing service provider, and Corinne eased us back into knowing there are still ethical tax preparation services in the area.

All I ask for future customers is to have all W-2’s, 1099’s, or tax forms you know you need at hand. Remember, they have other clients and would like to get your tax situation settled on a timely matter too. While she speaks to you, you feel like you are her only client; she goes through the tax sections and shows you how she obtain the numbers and the tax code that made it fall in that category.

Friendly reminder, it is your taxes and you should have access to your tax documents. Liberty Tax, in particularly, Corinne, walks you through how to have access to your tax information.
Many companies “lock” your tax documents and you have to ask for a code or “key” to look at your information as if you do not pay for the filing. You will not have such issues with them at Liberty Tax.

If you are able to promote small-mid size business owners in the area, please do so! I know you can trust Corinne and her staff in your tax filing situation. From personal experience, I can assure you our tax situation was very complex and she narrowed it down in sections by the time we finalized 2023 taxes.
