I would never go to this place again. Adeela advised me to file for an extension however, never communicated to me there would be $310.00 worth of extra charges for doing so. If I had known this I would not have followed through with it. When I went to pick up my packet is when I was told about the 310.00 I owed. I was shocked as I was never told about it. I felt like I was ripped off and it upset me very much as I had paid my 99.00 initial fee which i thought would be the price. She never told me or showed me a breakdown of what she would charge until I went there to talk to someone about it as I didnt understand why I was charged an extra $310.00 plus the $99.00 fee. I made numerous attempts to contact her via phone and emails but she never got back to me.
I went to the office physically to see if anyone could help me figure it out. The only employee in that office who was helpful to me was Mike. He was friendly and took the time to explain what had been done.  He knew I wasnt happy. In my view, not calling your customer back or emailing them back, knowing I was very upset about the extra charges she didnt tell me about, is very unprofessional and it is rude. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Love Liberty Tax. Michelle has prepared our taxes since 2007. We moved to Louisiana and she still did our taxes. I emailed her the documents. The first year she had to combine NJ and Louisiana. Always efficient and now a friend to my husband and I.

Ive used Liberty Tax service 3 times.  Never had a problem.  One year, it involved a very complicated situation dealing with my Mom's estate and Ed's advice was sound.  Reasonably price for services rendered.
